Chamberlain's Steak & Chop House



Richard Chamberlain is the Chef/Owner of Chamberlain’s Steak & Chop House, celebrating 23 years of business this summer and Chamberlain’s Fish Market Grill now in its 15 th year. Chef Chamberlain is a frequent guest on Dallas’ Good Morning Texas as well as several guest appearances on the NBC Today Show in New York and on CBS’s Chef on a Shoestring! He has won many accolades including the Dallas Morning News “Four Stars”, D Magazine’s Best Steakhouses and “D Best” 1998. Other accolades include James Beard House nominee, Wine Spectator, Bon Appetite, Texas Monthly, Gourmet Magazine, Zagat, and TripAdvisor just to name a few.


Chef Chamberlain attended the culinary school in Dallas while simultaneously working at The Mansion on Turtle Creek. Currently he serves on the board of the Dallas chapter of the American Heart Association. His favorite things include hunting and fishing, volunteer work and spending time with his wife Lisa and children, Stephen, Victoria and her husband Clay.
